Vending and Generation Z

Who has not heard about millennials? And about Generation Z? A generation that comes stomping. Also known as post-millennials, they are people born after 1994, educated under the latest technology and under the threat of terrorism or climate change, which makes them people with a great social conscience.  They will be those who occupy much of the labour market in the future and, therefore, we must start taking into account their preferences, what do you think Generation Z expects from the vending sector?  What is clear is that a high percentage of post-millenials exclude companies which do not opérate in a sustainable manner, which justifies the healthy vending boom of which we spoke in a previous post. In turn, this generation uses vending machines on a daily basis, allowing the inclusion of new products such as hot food or more or less prepared food; or objects that they use in their daily life such as headphones or mobile pone chargers. All this without forgetting the comfort that it poses to them everything that involves technology, so we can work on innovative methods of “cashless” payment like bracelets that are recharged and avoid the loss of cash in addition to the well-known option of payment by mobile.  There is no doubt that the vending sector, in constant evolution and innovation, will meer the expectations of generation Z and will be able to adapt to their needs without forgetting previous generations.
